Freedom of Poems

One day
I started writing poems
Because I didn't like
Punctuation
Or grammar
Or words I could actually
Pronounce
The freedom you see
To write
What could not be said
To explore
What can only be found in
Dreams
Was more addictive
Than a world filed
With reasons to forget
To hide
To numb out to the truth
That freedom
Ecstasy
Pleasure and pain
Are just illusions
Until you find yourself
Entangled with god
Desperately needing to know
Why you ever needed a
Period
To end the exclamation
I love you

Because all that science just gets old after a while.
