​For our very first meditation, we offer you 5 minutes of peaceful, breath awareness. Led by 4th year U.Va. medical student Thomas Ball, we hope this short video brings you refuge from a storm, stillness amidst turmoil, or a simple break from an otherwise joyful day. Be well.
