A Path to Sustainable Compassion

​As part of my submission to the Functional Forum's community video series: The Future of Functional in Five: I created a short video sharing my heart to all who pursue a path of holistic healing. Inspired by the nourishing teaching and support of so many with the U.Va. School of Nursing's Compassionate Care Initiative, I have attempted in this video to distill their collective wisdom into a 5 minute reflection.
